Charles Bhepin is the author of Shinji and Warhammer 40K. Alongside this work, he has also authored at least six other fanfictions, including forays into the worlds of Bleach, Naruto, Sailor Moon, Familiar of Zero, and Warhammer. As of this writing, he remains one of the most intensely popular authors on FanFiction.net.
As well as being an author, Bhepin is also apparently a decent artist, creating visual imagery of several of the massive technological upgrades that he has invisioned for the Evangelions in webpage addresses linked through his author page on FanFiction.net.
